Deloris Morrow, 82, died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Trinity Regional Hospital in Fort Dodge.  

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Lake City Union Church with the Rev. Betty Weidert officiating and burial in Lake City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday with the family present after 5 p.m. at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City.

Deloris Krause was born July 3, 1930, to August and Lucille (Gilliland) Krause.  She married Donald Morrow on April 27, 1947, and together they farmed near Auburn.  Later they owned and operated the Lake City Café.  

Deloris did an abundant amount of volunteer work in her community.  She served as the Stewart Memorial Community Hospital Auxiliary president and volunteered in Lake City Union Church, where she was a member.

Deloris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She loved playing cards, baking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Denise (Rick) Menke of Churdan; son, Dan of Lake City; son-in-law, Steve Brend of Wichita, Kan.; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Raymond (Charlene) Krause of Sioux Rapids, Clifford of Lee Summit, Kan., Clarence of Story City; and sisters, Minnie VanAhn and Rachel Geisinger of Lake City, Mabel Vetter of Manson, and Carol (John) Erritt of Somers; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Harlan Morrow of Naples, Texas, Robert (Phyllis) Morrow, Harold Janssen, Delores Krause, all of Lake City, and Irva Krause of Fonda.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don; daughter, Deborah; brothers, Melford, Harold and George Krause; and sister Lena Knight.
